This policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

  • Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email russellhobbshelp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it, subject to stock availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos or videos so we can resolve the matter promptly.


8. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping will be arranged at no extra cost to you.

  • If the return is for any other reason, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


9. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return.
